Our founder spent years working in the coffee industry, immersed in the craft of a perfect brew. Along the way, she also fell head over heels for matcha — its earthy depth, its calm energy, its ritual. But when she moved into office life, reality hit: making a great coffee or matcha the right way takes time. Time that a busy workday rarely gives you.
